The floors are marble (ground floor) and laminate (1st floor).
From the hallway, the large kitchen is straight and then on your left, and the large bathroom and one bedroom with a 160 cm * 200 cm bed are on your right. We have a small storage with a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor.
The kitchen presents itself with a dining island for 5 persons and a large work surface in front of the windows for a lovely view of the garden. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer, a toaster, a Nespresso machine, a microwave, a hob, and an oven.
The living area has a large sofa for up to 10 people. It is possible to sleep on the sofa.
When passing the living room by your right you enter the terrace of approximately 40 sq.m with a dining table for 8 persons and 2 relax chairs.
The terrace is facing south and there is sunshine from midday until sunset. A wooden patio roof gives you shadow the whole day.
